Our Founder & President Elif Celik, with a pharmacy educational background, brings over 3o years of healthcare management experience to NEVOFARMA . After carrying out executive roles in multiple local and multinational organizations and bringing many new therapies to Turkey, she founded Nevofarma with a very clear purpose; 'Being the bridge to elevate human lives, by enabling access to innovative therapies', which is only possible via strong partnerships from all around the world.

She has been recognized among the 'Top 50 Women CEO’s in Turkey  with her strategic aptitude, clear vision and strong sense of purpose, as well as being elected among  ‘40 women to watch over 40’ by Forbes International in 2017.
